Adjusting the settings of the player

Changing the

backlight setting

Setting Backlight

OFF Always off

ON Turns on for 10 seconds after each

operation.

1 Press and hold MENU/BACK until

the Setup menu appears.

2 Rotate the jog dial to select

“BACKLIGHT.”

3 Push the jog dial repeatedly to

select “BACKLIGHT ON” or

“BACKLIGHT OFF.”

To return to the original screen

Press MENU/BACK.

Adjusting the display

contrast

1 Press and hold MENU/BACK until

the Setup menu appears.

2 Rotate the jog dial to select

“CONTRAST,” and then push the

jog dial.

3 Rotate the jog dial to select the

contrast from “CONTRAST 0” to

“CONTRAST 7.”

4 Push the jog dial.

To return to the original screen

Press MENU/BACK.
