He and his wife had been members of the Sovereign
-Club for six months several years ago, at which time it was
..owned by JACK RUBY. -He has known JACK RUBY around three years
and aside from seeing him-approximately•two times a month while
. he was a member of the Sovereign Club,•he would occasionally see
RUBY around the court house and in the downtown area. He • .
described RUBY as an emotional, gregarious person who did not
impress him as having any-interest in politics or associated
interests.
It was his opinion the only manner in which RUBY was
associated with the shooting of LEE OSWALD was through his
emotions. He did not know LEE HARVEY OSWALD and knew of no
association between RUBY and OSWALD or between RUBY and anyone
of the type person OSWALD appeared to be, based on what he had
read in the papers.
